About the 1:1 Coaching Programme
At its best leadership can be challenging, fulfilling, exciting, rewarding and inspiring.
At its worst, leadership can be lonely, frustrating, exhausting and impossible to decipher.
Increase you energy, influence, performance and potential substantially whilst increasing the productivity and engagement of your team.
Programmes are over a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month period and include:
Goals, outcomes and measure of success are identified
Completion of relevant diagnostics with a full feedback session so we can understand how you are doing your leadership from the inside out.
Fortnightly or monthly coaching sessions depending on your preference
Coaching can be conducted over Zoom or face-to-face.
Target Audience
This programme is for leaders at the executive level or just below, or those high potential leaders who are ready to take responsibility for their own development and design their leadership to better serve their team and themselves.
